MADE BY HAND

Each necklace begins with a gemstone chosen for its beauty and symbolism. Susan then pairs it with complementary nappa leathers in different textures and finishes to create a tonal harmony that enhances the stone’s natural colour and energy. The leather is then hand embroidered in fine detail, layered and sculpted into form, and finished with a carefully made backing. Once the main pieces is complete, I add beading, fringing, and decorative elements to create a necklace that is vibrant, textured, and deeply meaningful.
